RoCA Links Student Exhibition, Summer Camp Open House In Clarkstown

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The Rockland Center for the Arts is hosting its 2016 Student Exhibition and RoCA's Summer Arts Day Camp Open House on Sunday, April 17, from 2 to 5 p.m.
